New Season, New Cast, New Outlook. The intro will be kept for Season 5, but with new music, and the overall tone of the show will change from previous seasons. Season 5 will introduce new cast members as well. A projected premiere is looking at March 2012.

Most of the new season will be filmed in 24p, and entirely edited by yours truly. I think that one of the things with having a variety of people editing various episodes is that there’s no clear cut flow (see Season 3′s 1209490127907142 intros)

As of now, most of the cast will not return for Season 4. Barring a turnback of the clock, the planned re-union 2-part episode with some of the old alumni is off.

The new intro is set (edited by myself, with assisting from Jac & Yi of the Themesters), with “This Fire” by Killswitch Engage as the theme music. The more generic tone of the video end of the theme is mainly in part to just going for a more NYC oriented feel and establishing this season will be of a darker tone.
